A fantastic oil & gas organisation is looking for a blended Learning & Development coordinator to join a busy training function. This is an 11 month position based in the Southern Home Counties.
This is a great opportunity for a training coordinator to gain exposure to global training activities. Working closely with the design and delivery team, this role will involve coordinating blended learning programmes, supporting virtual and online training, uploading and welcoming new users, providing advice and resolving technical issues.
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre or equivalent, with proven experience of working within a learning / training function in a large organisation. An advanced level of Microsoft Excel and of using Learning Management Systems (LMS) is vital. Systems such as Moodle and Adobe are used regularly and the ability to use various systems is required. Experience in supporting blended or virtual learning such as video conferencing would be advantageous. You must be organised with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
