This is an exciting role working at a senior level that is responsible for the Reward & Benefits strategy on a global basis for a leading Financial Services company.
Acting as the product specialist for selected global policies and processes in Group compensation this role specifically focuses on longer term strategic decisions and plans for all reward and benefits. This therefore includes a lot of project and stakeholder management alongside regular meetings with Executive Committees for the main variable compensation plans throughout the year. As such this position will require the ability to write and present strategic papers at senior levels.
This is a highly analytical and strategic position with complicated solutions and all within an environment that deals at a very fast pace. The position requires a graduate, or equivalent, who is articulate and has the gravitas and confidence to build relationships and manage projects on a global basis. Ideally you will a consulting background and have worked with financial services clients as an understanding of FSA regulations would be a distinct advantage. This is not a transactional role in any way, so clear evidence of reward & benefits strategy & thinking is a must.
