E-learning Specialist - 9 month FTC

A global professional services firm is looking to hire an Elearning Specialist on a 9 month FTC to join their central London Head Office.

Reporting directly into the IT Training Manager this position will have a key focus on creating and working with online training methods and then seeing this through to implementation. You will predominantly design and deliver courses in MS Office and FileSite liaising very closely with the IT department.. The role will be 1:1 and group training, desk and classroom-based training. You will develop the e-learning piece and ensure a consistent and high-standard approach to IT training delivery and support. Additionally you will be responsible for induction training for new joiners and you will have some opportunities to work with the wider L&D team.

To be considered for this vacancy you must have previously designed and delivered e-learning material however sector experience is not essential. It is essential that you have excellent knowledge of MS Office and Exchange Outlook. Individually you must have great communication skills, both verbally and written and you must possess the skills to liaise with stakeholders at all different levels.
