A renowned professional services firm are currently recruiting for an Experienced Hire Recruitment Manager to join the business. This is a job share (3 days) and will be based in central London.
Reporting into the Head of Recruitment you will be tasked with managing the strategic resourcing plan to attract experienced talent into the business. You will also have line management responsibility or a small team. You will engage with client groups both internally and externally whilst networking within the market. You will review attraction methods including branding and routes to market. This is a high profile role within the business and you will be seen as a brand champion and guardian to the brand proposition.
The suitable candidate will be degree qualified or equivalent with previous experience of working within a partner lead environment. You will have extensive operational and strategic resourcing experiencing, along with previous team management experience. Previous experience of working onsite or in-house is a must have requirement. This is an excellent opportunity to join the phenomenal business on a Part Time basis.
