Global HR Manager (12 month FTC)

A truly International oil & gas business is looking to hire a Global HR Manager on an initial 12 month FTC contract with a very strong possibility of the role going permanent. The role will be based in their central London office.

Due to substantial business growth and the development of the organisation this role will lead the formation of a centre of excellent covering all aspects of operational HR and will manage a team of two advisors. The position will be a full HR generalist position which will involve some element of strategy within the role Operationally the role will incorporate all aspects of HR with a strong lean towards employee relations as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the whole spectrum of employee relations cases from beginning to end; including performance management, disciplinary/grievance cases and some restructuring. The role will involve some elements of learning & development, recruitment and HR processing. The role will also entail some international workforce management therefore knowledge of global mobility is important within this position.

To be considered for this vacancy you will have strong HR generalist experience and have worked within the utilities/oil & gas sector. Ideally you will have previously managed a team however this is not a pre-requisite. You will be hard-working with a 'roll-up sleeves' mentality and have exceptional stakeholder management skills.
