This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a Global FMCG brand that possesses a vast array of leading household brands and is renowned for its innovation. The role will be based in their London Head Office and is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
Reporting into the Head of Global Mobility this role is responsible for the full spectrum of international mobility - repatriations, IA, short term visitors, localisations and permanent transfers - and across diverse markets and countries. You will act as the primary contact to employees, 3rd party vendors, line management & HR on all operational activities throughout the expatriate lifecycle. You will also be responsible for maintaining assignee records, cost projections, payroll instructions and balance sheet calculations.
With previous experience in a Global Mobility position, you will have excellent knowledge of global employment and expatriate tax issues, and be able to evidence of moving people globally and a good knowledge in expatriate policies / allowances. You will be a self-starter who is able to work independently and possess first class relationship management and communication skills.
It is pivotal that you are on a maximum of a two week notice period due to the quick turnaround of this position.
