A fantastic, global, oil & gas business is looking for a Global Mobility advisor on a 12 month fixed term contract with a very strong possibility of the contract going permanent. The role is based in their central London Head Office.
This role offers international opportunities as well as extensive development opportunities also. The principal requirements of this role is to coordinate the entire high-quality, customer oriented expatriate services utilising internal and external resources. The role holder will be responsible for being the single point of contact to assignees during all phases of the international assignment life cycle for the practice's assignee population. The role holder will also be a key contact for Human Resources in planning international assignments. In addition the role holder will ensure service delivery and assist with any projects related to employee relocation strategy, execution and cost.
It is pivotal that you will have working experience of working within an HR department specifically focused on Mobility and Expatriation. You must possess a thorough understanding in the areas of immigration, assignment package reviews, transfer processes, reporting requirements and policy development. European language would be highly advantageous.
