A fantastic opportunity arisen to join the International Mobility team of a large and reputable utilities company based in London. This role will be for three months initially with the possibility of being extended. The main purpose of this role will be to carry out all administrative support for the International Mobility team in an efficient and timely manner.
The key responsibilities of this role will be to prepare cost projections for new inbound assignees and finalising assignment documentation based on appropriate IM policy. Another key element of the role will be to maintain all the assignee data to ensure accurate reporting and administration. You will also organise assignee meetings and prepare briefing packs for expatriate assignees. Other responsibilities will be to prepare payroll instructions as required and also the reviewing and processing of assignee relocation expense forms. You will also be required to create new files and code and track invoices for payment and tax reporting.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar International mobility role and you must be able to prioritise your workload effectively. You will be an excellent team player and be customer focused. Good experience with data input and data manipulation in HR systems will also be an advantage. Knowledge of SAP HR will be preferable. You must have a good knowledge of working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
