This is a chance for a Head of HR to join an exciting, growing business as part of the Leadership team. This International consultancy firm are keen to strengthen their Employer brand and develop a robust HR proposition to maximise business potential.
You will previously have held a senior HR position, operating as part of an International executive team. Working closely with Managing Director and Board you will develop and drive the overall HR Strategy in line with the overall business objectives both UK and EMEA wide.
Previous experience of driving large scale integration projects (post acquisition) would be beneficial, with a focus on OD and overall capability. A natural coach, you will have an interest in driving a high performance culture and enjoy supporting the leadership team in their development during a significant period of change.
You will have experience in aligning the reward methodology both UK and EMEA to meet the changing needs of the business, ensuring competitiveness and is fit for purpose. This position has direct line management accountability, previous managerial experience is essential and the ability to travel within the UK and internationally as required.
