An internationally renowned entertainments company are currently looking to recruit for a Head of Talent & Leadership to cover a maternity. The role will be based in their London office and will be initially for 9 months.
Working with the executive team and directors you will assist in driving both talent and leadership forward. The role will have a lean towards development a bespoke talent management cycle to improve talent pools, succession planning and data. Leading a team of three you will drive forward innovation with a strategic and commercial approach whilst retaining a hands on approach and a “doing” mentality. The suitable candidate will be degree educated or equivalent with considerable talent and leadership experience. You will thrive on innovation and creativity however maintain a commercial approach and a constant attention to ROI and business results. You will have worked within a highly commercial environment such as FMCG, Media or Technology and have the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
