A prestigious and highly regarded hotel group is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join them on a fixed term basis. This role is based within beautiful surroundings in central London.
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for supporting and leading the Leadership team and operational managers. Your role will involve managing high volume ER cases across the diverse client group, managing the departmental budget, supporting Compensation and Benefits tasks and working alongside L&D to ensure all training needs are identified. Recruitment will also be a significant part of this role. This is an excellent opportunity to manage and assist with the development of an HR Administrator in the team.
The successful candidate will be degree qualified or equivalent with significant experience of working within a fast paced and demanding HR function in Hospitality, Retail or the FMCG industries. Excellent knowledge of, and experience of applying UK Employment law is vital and you must have experience of handling all aspects of Employee Relations. You will be personable and presentable with confidence in working with a diverse client group. You must be organised with a positive work ethic and have a passion for providing excellent service within high-end luxury markets.
