A fantastic luxury fashion retailer is looking to hire a HR Advisor on a 4-6 fixed term contract basis to join the team in their London office.
Reporting into the HR Manager this position is responsible for providing HR generalist advice, specifically in employee relations, absence management, discipline, grievances and performance management. You will provide coaching and guidance to managers and will answer all queries with regards to HR related issues to provide a high quality outcome. You will be expected to provide case management and advice for maternity, paternity, absence management, long term sickness, and performance management. You will also resolve enquiries and issues according to policy. Additionally you will support HR Business Partners and Business Managers with regards to identifying trends with management information related to HR.
To be considered for this excellent position you must be of graduate calibre and have previous experience of working within a fast-paced environment, ideally fashion or retail. You must have previous experience of coaching and advising on employee relations issues and be up to date with employment law. You must have excellent communication skills and possess the ability to present, train and influence stakeholders.
