A fantastic oil & gas organisation is looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join them on a fixed term contract. The role’s location will be split between offices in the Southern Home Counties and central London.
This role offers an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Assistant / Coordinator to utilise existing HR skills in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Providing support to the HR Manager, you will run and provide data reports and statistics, support the recruitment activities including on-boarding, and assisting with activities such as performance management cycles. This offers the opportunity to liaise with line managers and develop good knowledge of the functions across the business.
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre or equivalent, with experience of working in a HR function within a blue chip organisation. Experience of using HR systems (including SAP) along with excellent analytical skills and the ability to prioritise is essential for this role. This role requires a degree of flexibility as this position requires assignments in the Southern Home Counties as well as Central London.
