A leading international legal practice is looking to recruit an Human Resources Assistant on a 6 month fixed term contract basis to support their Human Resource team, in particular the recruitment function. The role will be based in their central London office.
The primary responsibility for this role is to provide comprehensive recruitment coordination and administration support to help the company achieve its ambitious recruitment drive. The main responsibilities of this role are to organise interviews, liaise with agencies, help coordinate national and international recruitment campaigns and manage the entire recruitment database. In addition to these responsibilities the role holder will administer the starter/leaver process and will provide day to day general administration.
It is critical that the role holder is educated to degree level or equivalent. It is essential that the role holder has worked within a corporate Human Resources environment, preferably with recruitment administration experience ideally from a professional services background. The role holder must have exceptional communication skills due to the high nature of liaison required and hold strong administrative and organisational skills.
Because of the nature of this position you must be on a maximum of 2 weeks notice.
