A leading Investment Management organisation is looking for an experienced HR Assistant. This is a permanent position based in central London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Administrator or Assistant to develop existing skills within a fast paced, dynamic environment. Reporting into the global HR Director, you will be assisting a close-knit Human Resources department with all generalist HR tasks. This role will involve note-taking for ER cases, managing the administrative aspects of high-volume recruitment including diary management, and coordinating internal training. You will be responsible for scheduling monthly starter and exit interviews, as well as providing support with the compensation cycles. Providing effective administration support at all times there will also be the opportunity to participate in ad-hoc project work.
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre or equivalent, with significant HR Administration experience within the Financial or Professional Services industry. You will be organised with the ability to manage a heavy workload. Liaising with senior line managers will require excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the business. And advanced level of using Microsoft Office packages is essential for this position. The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic work ethic.
