A global business services organisation is currently recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join the team initially for 3 months. Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner you will be based in their West London office.
You will be responsible for partnering with a defined client group to provide operational HR support. This will include managing employee relations issues, managing recruitment and looking after aspects of reward. In this role you will interact with senior stakeholders and advise on localised talent management and succession planning. You will actively participate in group wide projects including implementing a grading system and pay reviews, and assist in the integration piece post acquisition.
The suitable candidate will be degree qualified or equivalent with extensive HR generalist experience. Previous experience of working within a business partnering environment would be highly beneficial along with a high level of stakeholder management skills.
Due to the nature of this position it is essential that you are on a maximum of 2 weeks notice.
