HR Business Partner

Reporting into the HR Director you will be directly tasked with implementing the people strategy into the business working closely with senior business leaders. This is a broad operational generalist role so you will be well versed in, employee relations, reward, writing HR policy, all of which you will have applied in a fast moving and changeable environment. You will collaborate with the Talent team to drive the business forward and meet ambitious growth targets. The suitable candidate will be degree educated or equivalent with high growth technologies experience. You will have a true generalist background with solid ER exposure and great examples of successfully driving the HR agenda in a rapidly changing business. You should be resilient, with fantastic stakeholder skills and have written and implemented policies.
