A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the HR team of a large, well known FMCG organisation based in South West London. The main purpose of the role will be to provide an effective and efficient HR service across the UK area of the business. The role will act as a business partner to ensure the HR business strategy is developed and delivered.
The key responsibilities of this role will be to manage some of the day to day duties such as disciplinaries and grievances and other aspects of employee relations as well as providing expert HR guidance and advice to managers and employees across the business. In addition the role will include getting involved in change management and organisational development, working with key managers to ensure the relevant development plans are in place and making any relevant recommendations. Another key accountability of the role will be talent development along with compensation and benefits. There will also be the opportunity to work on current key HR projects and assist with their successful delivery.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience within a similar role, ideally from an FMCG or Retail environment but this is not essential. You will possess excellent knowledge of all HR issues from employee relations through to talent management. You will have the ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders. This role will be on a part-time basis, ideally four days per week but there is flexibility on this.
