A great opportunity has arisen for an HR Generalist with an invested interest in ER to join a high profile, prestigious Hotel Group. This position is based in central London on a short term basis.
This role will predominantly involve handling high volume ER cases within the hotel group. This will involve working with a diverse client group within the hotels and handling complex cases with confidence. This would include disciplinary, grievance, absence management and welfare. Assisting with generalist duties within the HR function is also expected during this assignment, including recruitment, updating policies and supporting Learning & Development.
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre or equivalent with significant experience of handling high-volume ER cases. Experience of working within industries such as Hospitality, Retail or FMCG will be of preference. You must be confident with the ability to work independently using your own initiative. Due to the required start date you must be available immediately.
