A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the HR team of a global utilities organisation based in London. The role will be primarily focussed on delivering the people data analysis and insight requirements of the Group HR Executive office and Centralised HR Teams.
The key accountabilities of this role will be to lead the proactive production of analytics and insight in support of the annual cycle of key people agenda requirements notably reward, talent and diversity and inclusion. In addition you will work with key stakeholders, primarily the Group HR Executive Office, to provide expert and timely analytical input to the key HR people agenda requirements, notably the reward cycle and associated performance ratings: both preparation and review. Other areas will be around talent and capability reviews, diversity and inclusion and graduate recruitment. You will lead any ad hoc people data analysis requirements as requested by the Group HR Executive Office and lead projects within the Global People Data reporting team and the monthly and quarterly Executive reports.
The successful candidate will have experience in people data reporting and analysis within a complex global HR function. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to analyse and interpret data in a clear and logical manner. In addition to this, previous project management experience will also be an advantage. Excellent communication skills both written and face to face are very important and you must be able to influence and build trust with key senior stakeholders.
