A fantastic and challenging opportunity has arisen to join the HR function of a global utilities company based in London as an HR Reporting Analyst. The main purpose of this role will be to work with key stakeholders on the ongoing support and development of their HR reporting.
The key accountabilities of this role will be to maintain the existing organisational charts and projects to extend their functionality and effectiveness across the business. In addition you will ensure the timely update of data within the organisational charting tool and deliver monthly organisation charts to the HR Director. Other elements of this role will include providing ongoing communication and training to HR Business Partners and work with other HR stakeholders and reporting analysts to document and deliver reporting enhancements and extensions.
The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis experience and be able to translate business requirements in a logical and effective manner. You will be able to demonstrate recent project management experience, ideally relating to HR applications. The ability to understand the fundamentals of MI reporting will be essential. You will have a rigorous attention to detail and have excellent listening and influencing skills.
