A fantastic position has arisen for an HRIS Analyst to join a leading Oil & Gas organisation. This role is based in the Northern Home Counties (Greater London) on a 3 – 6 month basis with the possibility of turning into a permanent position.
Reporting into an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting a global workforce by maintaining and updating employee data on the HR system; Peoplesoft. Duties will include ensuring that integration points and interfacing systems are managed, improving the HRIS processes, running reports, and dealing with requests in relation to the HR system across the business. This role will also support the wider HR and Recruitment teams with duties such as absence management and policy improvements.
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre or equivalent, with experience of working in an analytic position within a HR team. Experience of using Peoplesoft is required for this position, however experience of other HR Systems will also be considered. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team, meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills are vital requirements for this role. Due to the nature of this role, you must be available to start immediately.
