Reporting into the VP of HR based in Denver, Colorado, this is an exciting opportunity to lead HR across all European based offices (UK, France, Germany and Ireland).
Operating as a stand alone member of a Global HR team, you will contribute towards establishing best practices, consolidating and streamlining of HR operational processes, and strategic decisions that will grow and expand the company’s European operations. This will include working with HR Managers in the US and Asia to implement HR initiatives with global consistency.
This is a hands-on position and to achieve success in the role you will be confident working strategically and also enjoy the operational delivery of best practise HR. Working with limited direction from the US, you will take the lead with organisational development initiatives to drive efficiencies and people capability. You will take responsibility for recruitment, performance management, employee relations, reward and global mobility. The role supports an employee base of 70 in Europe.
The position requires a graduate or equivalent with experience of a pan-European regional HR role you may be in a number 2 role in a medium sized company and keen to get more autonomy. Entrepreneurial business experience in an IT or Tech company is preferred.
With the ability to effectively communicate the HR vision to employees at all levels, you will possess first class communication skills alongside the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders.
Travel will be required to European offices on a regular basis, and the position can be based in London or Basingstoke.
