An internationally renowned luxury fashion brand is currently recruiting for an interim HR Manager. The role is a 12 month contract and will be based in Central London.
Partnering with designated corporate functions and working closely with a strategic HR business Partner, you will ensure that all HR processes and programmes are implemented effectively and consistently. Working closely with HR Shared Services and business leaders this position has a strong generalist HR remit that includes responsibility for HR operational support, working closely with resourcing, the implementation of performance management and the development of talent, implementing organisational change initiatives, managing employee relations processes, deploying new HR policies and programmes, and elements of learning & development and reward. You will be tasked with building strong relationships with your client group whilst ensuring the people strategy is implemented – this includes not only UK but also the execution of global HR programmes.
The suitable candidate will be degree qualified or equivalent with significant generalist HR experience gained within a Fashion Retail or an FMCG organisation. You will have experience of business partnering and shared service models, and be comfortable with matrix management structures. Current knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations is essential.
