Interim Learning Architect (12 months contract)

A global blue chip are currently looking to recruit an interim Learning Design Specialist to join the business on a contract basis. The role would be part of a wider Global Learning Management System team and will be based in London.

Reporting into the project lead you will be a key contributor in designing and implementing a global learning management system. Leading a project team you will develop a bespoke service catalogue, service design and operating manual. You will then join the wider team in developing a strategy for implementation into the business. This will involve localised implementations, developing training materials and educating the management team.

The suitable candidate will have extensive Learning architecture experience including both design and delivery. You will have worked within a complex global blue chip and will have led a large scale LMS implementation. You will have a consultative approach whilst being mindful of business repercussions and continuously planning ahead and driving the project forward.
