A global engineering consultancy is currently recruiting for an interim Reward Consultant. This will be a 6 month project role, joining the business at a critical time.
Reporting into the HR Director you will have full ownership of global Reward. This will involve salary reviews and benchmarking, managing the bonus scheme and taking the lead on global mobility whilst advising the business on any international tax legislation. In this role you will engage with the senior mangers whilst maintaining a keen eye to detail with business forecasting.
The suitable candidate will be degree educated or equivalent with substantial Reward experience within a global organisation. Experience of both Compensation and Benefits is key along with an up to date knowledge of global mobility. This is a critical project and will involve joining the business at a busy time so previous interim experience would be highly desirable. Strong analytical experience and a working knowledge of both SAP and Excel is a must have. Due to the nature of this role you must be available to take post immediately.
