A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an International Assignments Manager to join a reputable financial services organisation based in central London.
The main purpose of this role will be to manage the development and delivery of expatriate policies and procedures across the organisation. Other key accountabilities of the role will be to provide expert advice and guidance on all expatriate issues. In addition you will lead the management and administration of international assignment processes and procedures along with providing advice to senior HR stakeholders on appropriate structures. You will also liaise with external experts to provide information, advice and guidelines to ensure employer and employee compliance. Another key element of this role will be to provide advice and ongoing support on international assignment management as well as managing ongoing relationships with external third party providers.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing international assignments/global mobility within a large complex organisation. Experience of dealing with international reward, tax and social security issues is also highly desired. You will have a proven track record of scoping and delivering projects in an international environment. This role will initially be for a period of 3 months (an immediate start date is required) with the possibility of the contract being extended.
