International Graduate Recruitment Coordinator

An extremely well-respected global consultancy is looking to hire an International Recruitment Coordinator to join their International recruitment team. The role is based in central London however you may be required to travel nationally.

Reporting directly into the Recruitment Manager this position is responsible for coordinating all European and International recruitment at graduate level and above. Key accountabilities will be to plan the time frames and deadlines for recruiting campaigns and activities, organise and execute marketing events for recruiting, communicate with potential candidates and their global recruiting network, co-ordinate the interview process and support the hiring of potential candidates for all offices. This role will be responsible for visiting and recruiting the best talent from Schools/Universities/MBA Schools and managing these relationships to ensure a presence is on Campus at all events. Additionally you will be responsible for managing the summer internship programme, planning all logistics of recruitment activity and also managing the budget of all.

To be considered for this vacancy you must be educated to degree level or equivalent and have worked within a global blue chip or corporate/professional services environment. You must have coordinated or managed the recruitment process internationally and have previous experience of recruiting graduates. Events management skills would be highly advantageous. Meticulous communication and organisation skills are a must, and you will be used to working under pressure and in a busy environment.
