A fantastic position has arisen for a Payroll and Benefits administrator to join a leading Energy company. This role is based in the Northern Home Counties (Greater London) on an ongoing contract which may turn into a permanent position.
Reporting into the Payroll and Benefits Analyst, the role holder will be responsible for supporting the UK payroll process and creating relevant files for the outsourced payroll provider. You will be responsible for responding to queries, payroll reporting, reconciling employee payables and ensuring compliance with payroll controls and internal policies at all times. This position also involves administering the benefits.
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre or equivalent, with excellent understanding of legislative and payroll operations. Peoplesoft, SAP and Ceridian system experience is desired but not essential. You must have good payroll calculation skills, meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, and have the ability to work independently.
