People MI Analyst

A global blue chip are currently looking to recruit a People MI Analyst to join the business. The role is a permanent position and will be based in their West London/Thames valley corridor office.

Reporting in the Head of MI you will be tasked with partnering with a global client group and provide up to date MI to support the business in performance management. You will be responsible for the ongoing capture and storage of key data linked to the business. This will include Headcount, diversity and budget forecasting. You will be the 1st point of contact for support for the OrgChart and partner with the team in owning the SharePoint site structure and access rights. You will present finding in the quartile management reviews and be proactive in providing key stats and data.

The suitable candidate will be degree qualified or equivalent with a strong MI background.  You will be an excel super user with excellent analytical skills however with the ability to engage and present to senior stakeholders. You will have worked within a global Matrix environment. Experience of using SharePoint would be highly desirable as would prior experience of working within an HR function.
