You will be supporting the Engineering Recruitment team by sourcing high calibre Software Engineers through traditional and e-resourcing methods. Responsibilities will include conducting research and generating ideas in order to create innovative strategies, attracting the best talent, as well as review candidates’ experience, technical knowledge, right to work and relocation needs.
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre or equivalent with experience of recruiting /end to end sourcing and candidate attraction experience in a target driven, fast paced environment. The ability to work to strict deadlines, excellent time management and communication skills are vital for this position. The use of e-resourcing as well as traditional methods of attracting talent is desired.
