A well known hospitality chain with strong presence in Asia is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Recruiter to join the growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to drive the recruitment processes and policies
• Work and follow up with the business leaders to attract and retain talents
• Network through industry contacts, social media and employees to execute recruiting plans
• Develop a pool of candidates in the pipeline

Job Requirements:

• Degree with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment
• Strong track record in agency and in-house recruitment
• Proactive, driven, resourceful and possess a sense of urgency
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong team work and down-to-earth personality
