A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the HR team of a large, well known FMCG organisation based in South West London. The main purpose of the role will be to lead and develop the recruitment strategy across the business. This will include managing all head office roles, coaching and challenging line managers on best practice and incorporating the recruitment process into the bigger employee life-cycle.
This role will act as a true Recruitment Business partner role and you will partner the line managers and support them through the full recruitment lifecycle. Other key responsibilities will be to manage the company careers website to maximise the employer brand. You will be creative in sourcing candidates through alternate channels to assist in the reduction of recruitment spend as you will be responsible for the recruitment budget. In addition you will administer SHL verbal and numerical reasoning tests and provide relevant feedback results to the business.
As well as the recruitment side of this role, there will also be an element of Talent Management. You will support the European HR team on group-wide projects and get involved in the improvement of the employee brand as well as career and succession planning and talent mobility. Another element of the role will be HR Business partnering which will involve supporting the HR Director and HR Business Partner with generalist queries and activities across the on-boarding process.
The ideal candidate will come from a fast paced environment, ideally FMCG; you will a proven track record of managing and developing an in-house recruitment function. You must be qualified to Level A & B Psychometric testing, ideally SHL. A proactive nature will be essential along with the ability to manage senior stakeholders within the business.
