A fantastic oil & gas organization is looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join a busy recruitment function within the Engineering department. This is a rolling contract based in the Southern Home Counties.
This is a great opportunity to develop on existing recruitment coordination skills within a fast paced recruitment environment. Working closely with other recruiters and line managers, duties involved in this role includes coordination of all activity within recruitment such as scheduling interviews and travel arrangements, as well as completing administration for assessment days and events. This role will also involve data entry and generating reports which requires meticulous attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre or equivalent, with experience of working in a high volume recruitment function within a blue chip organisation. Due to the nature of this role you must be organised with excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic work ethic. This role requires the successful candidate to be immediately available.
