A leading pharmaceutical company’s manufacturing division is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis in Sussex.
This is an excellent opportunity for recruiters with experience of working within temporary agency recruitment to develop and join a large organisation’s onsite recruitment function. Responsibilities for this newly created role include coordinating interviews between candidates and the relevant managers for temporary or contract assignments, and ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly. This will allow you to develop relationships across the business and you will also have the opportunity to gain experience with the on-boarding process.
The successful candidate will have experience of working within a recruitment function such as in-house, on-site or agency recruitment. You will be an enthusiastic individual with a commitment to providing flawless customer service, have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise the workload. Experience of using Fieldglass applicant system would be particularly beneficial but not essential, however skills within technology is vital for this role.
