A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Reward Analyst to join a reputable financial services organisation based in central London due to expansion and growth.
The main purpose of this role will be to undertake a wide variety of activities to support the Reward function including the development and delivery of reward, bonus, benefits and pensions. Other key accountabilities of this role will be to conduct external supply market research to provide analysis and reporting to help to evaluate the impact of HR on future pay policies. In addition this role will involve collating and manipulating data to delivery metrics. You will also conduct role evaluation and benchmarking exercises in line with business requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of experience within Reward and you will have an excellent understanding of Reward practices and approaches. Strong analytical skills are also essential along with strong team working skills. Previous experience of job sizing, benchmarking and the design of new processes will also be an advantage.
