Senior HR Advisor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Advisor to join a global Oil & Gas business. This is a six month contract with the potential of going permanent in the New Year and will be based in the Southern Home Counties.

Reporting into the HR business lead you will support the International business primarily within Upstream for the Middle East and North Africa. You will support the business on all HR Generalist enquires -  this will include employee relations, recruitment, HR projects, talent management and succession planning. You will proactively develop relationships within the business implementing the people agenda and adding value to the function.

The successful candidate will be degree educated or equivalent and ideally CIPD qualified. You will have extensive experience of working with global client groups ideally Africa and the Middle East. Previous experience of working within any of the following sectors would be highly desirable - Oil & Gas, Engineering, Exploration and Mining. This is a busy generalist HR role so you will have a broad generalist skill set including employee relations, talent management, reward and recruitment. You will have experience of engaging with senior stakeholders and have excellent communications skills both written and oral. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a renowned business.
