As a Solutions Executive you will report to the Solutions Manager and work with the Solutions team to bring together the best of experience design and psychology. The key responsibility of this role will be to design new solutions and customise existing products to suit client need. You will also be involved in supporting new product development at all stages. These products will incorporate current psychology and learning theories.
Other aspects of the role will be to carry out research on case studies and other activities as and when required. In addition you will coordinate the design process to ensure deadlines are met. Another key element of this role will be to evaluate the impact of solutions and continuously improve them.
The suitable candidate will be educated in Psychology/applied sciences to degree level or equivalent. Ideally you will have previous experience working in a related team with a specialism in research, writing, consulting and design training. You will be naturally creative and be an effective communicator. Also you will be intrinsically motivated.
A general curiosity about psychology along with the desire to help people use their minds more effectively will be an advantage. You will be exceptionally organised and have excellent writing skills.
