The Solutions team research and design all Mind Gym’s thought-leading IP. Reporting into the Head of Solutions you will be responsible for the design and development of innovative, entertaining and impactful learning experiences. These solutions will bring the latest thinking on positive psychology to life, so that people can use it in and out of work. Mind Gym needs someone who is insatiably curious, creative and loves solving tricky problems in innovative ways.
You will work closely with Client and Client Service teams to create bespoke solutions that resonate with client’s needs. These may incorporate existing Mind Gym products and approaches or be invented from scratch. Taking full responsibility for your solutions and their quality, you will be part of proposal teams on pitches and you may deliver pilots to clients. Other aspects of the role will include diagnosis and evaluation to continually improve product quality and the impact it delivers in our clients’ businesses.
The suitable candidate will be educated in Psychology/applied sciences to degree level. With a reputation for creativity, quality communication and being intrinsically motivated, you will have working knowledge of FTSE100 companies or equivalent. This experience will include the design and delivery of L&D solutions that have measured and had lasting impact.
With evident commercial awareness you will have experience of pitching/proposal delivery, the ability to take difficult concepts and communicate them in simple terms, exceptional communication skills both written and oral, and previous line management/mentoring experience.
