A FTSE 100 technology communications business, based in west London, is looking for an experienced Talent Development Consultant who has operated within a centre of excellence. As the subject matter expert you will be confident working with leadership groups across a large complex business to provide innovative and relevant development initiatives. The position reports to the Head of Leadership & Talent whose team is tasked with designing leadership development, performance and talent initiatives across the business to increase competitive advantage.

This is a role with a mix of thought leadership, design and delivery. To be successful in the role you will feel confident across the board. You will have an impressive portfolio of initiatives that you have both designed and driven across a large complex organisation. You are likely to consider yourself a consultant, managing the delivery of your programmes through a matrix rather than through a team. You will be constantly learning and developing your own skill sets, and keen to keep abreast of developments in your field. With excellent stakeholder skills you will be comfortable juggling the expectations of demanding internal clients and often conflicting priorities.
You should have a relevant degree and/or CIPD qualification, is desirable, combined with demonstrated continuous professional development. You should have previous senior level Learning and Development experience within a Blue Chip/Large organisation.
