As the subject matter expert you will be confident leading the talent review process, be comfortable challenging the leadership team and strive to add value and provoke intelligent discussion around best practice and current trends.
This position would suit someone with a strong recruitment/career management background at the focus of the role is succession planning, with a focus on “Key talent” and “future talent development”
This role offers a real opportunity to make a difference. There will be key projects to drive around the online “career management” piece and some Greenfield aspects to the role providing an exciting chance to create tangible platforms/process to be utilised across the whole business.
