This position will focus primarily on talent search through a combination of campaign management, screening CV’s, conducting telephone and assessments, and providing feedback to applicants. You will have the opportunity to get involved with Resourcing campaigns on a global scale.
You will be involved in event planning and general support within the team. This will include providing support with general tasks such as data analysis, and administrative tasks within the fast-paced Talent team.
This support extends to supporting coaches once they have joined the network and improving the current structure of managing coaches. Essentially you will become the expert of who’s who in the companies coaching network.
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre or equivalent, with significant experience of working within an HR, Resourcing or L&D environment. Experience of interviewing and assessing potential candidates, as well as managing projects, is vital for this role. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships rapidly.
